You may only need someone to look after the keys and pass them on to your visitor or much more. La Costa Property Service, as part of our key holding service, can meet your guests at your villa or apartment to hand over keys along with any special instructions, maps or itinery.
We will then meet your guests at the end of their stay and ensure that the keys are returned securely to your safe. This guarantees there is always a key available in your villa or apartment.

- Meet and greet services - your guests will be met upon their arrival at your property if required.
- Airport collection - your guests will be met at Murcia or Alicante airport if required and escorted back to your property.
- Car Hire (with or without the above service)
- Welcome pack - a welcome pack of food and/or drink can be arranged for your guests upon arrival.
- Window Cleaning - we have our own experienced in-house window cleaning team.
- Property cleaning services - we can arrange for your property to be cleaned on your guests departure. This can include laundry change over, beds re-made ready for your next guests. This will also include us checking your property for damages or theft.
